Drivers are very aggressive. I've had 2 run ins with these guys on south perimeter going very slow then get very aggressive once you pass them. Then I was followed and given the finger while they drive like idiots to try and intimidate you. Will never use or recommend these clowns

It's not the Spring Taxi but there's drivers out at Center Flavie for people to get Free Stuff are outside charging the people $35.00 for small items, word most likely went out where the taxi drivers only want cash, this Spring Taxi got mad when I told him I had a Debit Card..he wanted cash only..I only had a few small items..these cab drivers are ripping off people..and the company..

One of your drivers completely ran a red light this morning at Ellice & Wall just before 8:30 AM. That was not fun having to slam on brakes due to someone else's blatant ignorance. Did not catch the van number as they blasted through so quickly.

Driver was seen colliding with my car while backing. Driver then fled the scene. Entire event was witnessed and the driver fleeing was caught on camera. Cab Company was contacted shortly after. Driver never returned to the scene.

Their taxi service is horrible. Our company used to use them and was always sketchy. Drivers take longer routes to charge more, dispatch was horribly rude. To a point she said F u to me. Not sure if it has improved but i wouldn’t recommend them or use them. They do have some good drivers, but the management of the place didn’t help.

The driver's have always been very helpful and friendly. How ever, I wish they would tone it down with the scented products they use in their vehicles, as people have allergies. I have had a migraine since getting a lift home this morning and @1am it hasn't gotten much better.
