the store in Cherry Valley

Very friendly owners, they've given the store a great beach vibe, they've got everything one would expect from a convenience store and more. Homemade organic soaps, ice cream, health supplements, and just basic necessities. If you live nearby, or if you're just passing through on your way to a cottage or the beach, I'm sure this place will have something for you. I would highly recommend that anyone stop by and take a look around, it's a lovely experience.

My friend and our kids stopped by this cute little country store. We were shocked as the owner followed us around the store and then demanded we leave our purses at the front of the store. Owner was very rude. Terrible customer service.

For an agency LCBO, this store had quite a selection! Lots of local craft beer and although they didn't have Coors light for my sister, she enjoyed a tall boy or two of the local selections recommended by the shopkeeper. I love that it's called the store! There was ample parking and it had a nice small town feel when walking in.

We have bought lots of things, and bottles of water because there was no drinking water in the village at that time. We travel by bicycle, so we emptied the bottles in our proper ones, and the man with the beard didn't want us to leave the empty bottles without explanation, he told us to remove them from the recycle bin. So, our environmental awareness didn't give us choices but to carry by bike the empty bottles to the next village. Bad experience with this rude person.

For a local stop, this place has everything you might need in a pinch! Owner is friendly and helpful. Great selection of necessities and other things you might not have remembered to grab on your way out to the county... like water lol.

I have never written a google review before but my experience at this store has prompted me to do so. I visited this store for the first time in many years. I lived in Cherry Valley 40 years ago for a time with my grandmother, who herself lived there for over 30 years and I frequented the store often (different owners). After visiting my grandmother's grave in Cherry Valley cemetery today, my husband and I went into the store to purchase a drink. I was delighted at how nice the store was now and was planning to mention this to the owner. While I was at the fridge getting a ginger ale out my husband asked the lady proprietor if they had any water (we didn't see any) and she said she did

Here is my first comment on Google. I was cycling touring and was very happy to find this store in my path. I bought for $ 39 for a piece of cheese, a sausage, 2 packages of tortillas and asked for water to fill my gourds. Since there was no water available, I bought 6 small bottles of water for $ 10! After emptying them, the employee did not want me to put the empty bottles in his blue bin. I had to leave with my empty bottles on my already loaded bike. A very bad experience with this very unpleasant person and the prices are outrageous. I do not recommend it. My one and only very bad experience during my entire trip.
