Honestly writing reviews is not something I generally do but I can't stop writing a review for Kinshuk. Just thanks or personal appreciation is not really enough for a honest professional like Kinshuk, so n am writing up this note.I rarely get to see such a professionalism or thorough knowledge on the topic in people and there is no doubt that Kinshuk is a kind of a person, whom anyone can trust and go. He is not at all money/commission oriented person but always tries to get happiness for the clients through his right judgement at all times . I felt like privileged to writing a review for him with all the experience I have got through his valuable time and guidance I will definitely refer him to any of my contacts with no hesitation.

Where do I even begin with why we loved working with Kinshuk. If there's an award for being the ultimate mortgage superhero, Kinshuk should definitely get a gold medal.When my own bank could not give me a mortgage for my first home, Kinshuk saved the day. His dedication and availability were second to none. I never had to wait for his responses, they were provided before asking. He even went the extra mile by sharing video answers to my queries. Who does that? Only the best of the bestHe took time to explain the entire process step by step, with details of each step, he prepared customized proposal for me giving details of all costs involved in the entire process. He prepared case scenarios with different purchase price, property taxes, with & without rental income. When we finally selected the home he made a customized budget for us detailing all costs involved with minutest details.Not only did he find a way to get me a mortgage for my dream home, but he also helped me choose a mortgage with a cashback option. That cashback was a blessing in disguise, covering my closing costs and leaving me with a huge smile on my face. I reached out to Kinshuk in hopes of getting more info on a new mortgage and eventually secure one that fits our financial goals. So far so good!Update: Kinshuk was extremely professional and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever, and very kind. He directed us to a great contact at a bank to help with our mortgage. The whole experience was clear cut and easy. I love that he uses an online method for documents to be tracked with a status. He definitely knows his stuff. We will be going back to him for our renewal and would highly recommending to family and friends.

We refinanced and as always Kinshuk went above and beyond to made sure all our needs were taken care of and he truly treat you like family. He is always available and so quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have (although to be honest because he works so hard for his clients there’s rarely if at all any concerns). We were lucky to find Kinshuk for our mortgage refinance to buy an investment property. He gave us really good inputs on steps one by one, our realtor was insisting us to place a firm offer without any conditions, but Kinshuk sent us few videos with info what was the importance of condition of financing when placing our offer. He also gave us very important and effective tips to get our offer selected even though the seller had few other offers. He stood with us to help and guide us for offers being made. His effective strategies helped us to get a higher value unit but with lower out of pocket monthly payments. Stick with him and he will do wonders for you.
