It needs to be cleaned up lots of garbage. Need some garbage cans put in place. Plus they should pour some concrete pads and put some park benches in place so people can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean.

Beautiful view. One of my favourite places to park in the evening and watch the ocean. Potholes are a bit crazy.
