Great service and personable staff! We rented a cube van recently from Budget on Windsor Street. We dealt with Justin and Isaac. They were very helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Great place to rent a vehicle!

This rental agency has been my go-to choice during a massive renovations effort on my restaurant. I have flawlessly rented from them at least a dozen times in the last three months and each time the service and experience was s condition to none. I recommend them without reservation to anyone needing to rent a truck.

Great service I thought I’d never rent from budget after a bad experience at airport where they tried to steal money of credit card charging more the numbers on paper but these guys changed that thoughtOnly rental to answer phone after Fiona so thought I’d try and it’s been great

Pre booked a compact, When arrive, Josh said they did not have available. He said take that one out there. To our pleasant surprise was exactly the same as my own car. upgraded to 2019 Ford Edge. Great service

I had a problem when i was upgraded to a SUV, i felt that the upcharge was not warranted on the unit i eventually was given. They sent a customer satisfaction for m and contacted me to ensure i was happy.. they were great!!! I will use them again in the future

Went in to rent a SUV for a family trip middle December. Went through the process to get the vehicle rented, and went out to get it. Apparently Budget doesn't put winter tires on Nova Scotia vehicles in Mid December. I let the fella working there know their SUV wouldn't even make it up my icy, snowy, dirt road with summer tires. Let him know that, I guess I shouldn't have assumed that Budget cared enough about my family's safety to put winter tires on in December in Nova Scotia. He thought that was quite funny, and let me know they had another SUV with winter tires.Best part, keeping my family safe with winter tires was going cost extra.I cancelled, however that didn't stop Budget putting a hold on my credit card of $700 the whole week before the holidays.Dear Budget thank you for not only ruining our family trip, but also not allowing me to buy the kid anything for the holidays. These companies own us.

Visited the Dartmouth location and had a great experience. The service received was comparable to none. I would encourage everyone to do business there.

Upgraded us for our trip to a Wrangler unlimited! Pretty sweet on gas also!
