Keora Aveda Salon and Spa

I was pleased with the overall salon, the friendliness of the staff and my stylist Lindsay kindly offering a second quick visit to fix something i didnt like - i really appreciated her willingness to give me what i wanted :) my hair turned out beautiful and I felt like they listened to me. There was a second stylist that did my toner the second time but I forget her name - they were both lovely to work with. I also appreciated having coffee for these long appointments! Lastly - their colour doesnt have a strong smell unlike some other salons!

Everyone one here is so kind and the customer service is superb. I have had my hair done by Angel, Carlee and Olivia and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I always leave feeling beautiful and get tons of compliments on my hair. We have also had our makeup and nails done here too and they always do a great job :)

This salon goes above and beyond to keep you happy! Masi at the front desk keeps it all together! I don’t think he takes a day off! All the stylists here are professional and know what they’re doing. My hair is frizzy and needs a lot of taming and each time I’ve stepped out of the salon feeling great about the colour, cut and style. I’ve yet to try their other services and am sure they’ll do a great job at it! Thank you Keora Aveda!

I came in for a 90 minute Massage with Michelle today. My massage was amazing. Great pressure, Great technique, and Hot towels. I wish I could come every week. The Keora Salon is very welcoming with friendly and accommodating staff. This is my go too place for a massage or facial.

The staff at Keora are amazing and most especially my stylist Holly !!! She is always so attentive and personable and does an excellent job on my hair !! Not a coincidence her name is Holly as she does Hollywood style dos !!

As soon as you walk through the door, Keora's refreshed salon is beautiful with the tropical plants as a nice touch. I have been coming here for decades and pride in the salon and services provided shows by all the staff. @jenniferavedakeora always knows how to keep my hair gorgeous. Beautiful colour, gentle product. Her head massage is so relaxing and warm towels make for a perfect appointment. Try their signature facial, the Aveda skincare products are wonderful. Thanks Keora for decades of me care.

I can't say enough good things about this salon! I live in Toronto but travel here to get my hair and facials done. I've heard of others who travel from as far away as Owen Sound.You're taken care of from the moment you're greeted at the door. All the front desk staff (especially Massy!) are warm and friendly - and they often remember me/greet me by name.Jennifer is a fantastic colourist, who listens attentively, is friendly and does incredible, natural-looking highlights. I go to Marianna for my facials - and my skin always looks amazing afterwards. The other spa staff are wonderful too. The standards here are high, the staff goes above and beyond, and the customer is always looked after. I can't recommend it enough.

I first went to Holly after I had a terrible experience with highlights at a different salon. Holly was so thoughtful & did an incredible job in fixing my hair. I've gone to see her for a little over a year now & she has helped me to love my hair again after a bad colouring job.

I had my hair highlighted by Kyle and to say that he’s fabulous is an understatement. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and carried conversation so effortlessly. I LOVE my colour and enjoyed my time with him very much. Would 11/10 recommend him to anyone who’s looking for an amazing hair experience.

Excellent service! Highly recommend this salon. My hairdresser Jen is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She is professional and totally understands my hair and what it needs. Jen’s head massages are by far the greatest! The salon’s ambiance is relaxing and everyone works together as a team. Love the location and the vibe. I can’t imagine getting my hair done anywhere else.
