Tool Rental at The Home Depot

Tool selection is ok. No customer service. Nobody answers the phones, stephens rentals down the road is 10x better.

Don't ever rent from here! We got a confirmation email that we had a sod cutter rented for 7 am sat.... We got there 5 mins after 7 they told us to wait and someone would assist us They are half hour backed up... How can you get when you just opened... 7:45 rolls around we called again and they said sorry it was rented... We had a confirmation email stating we rented a sod cutter now we can't complete a job because you essentially don't care about your clients buisnesses and just rent and its first come first serve? Well then that should be stated (upon availability if could say just a thought though) Terrible customer service. Good thing Stephenson's rentals are organized and were able to accommodate us!

Do your self a favor avoid this place like covid. Over priced and they will treat you like a goof! Any were is better then here

You can find just about any tool you need for rent . I needed a electric planer and the rental cost was very reasonable.
