It's a bit more than your typical salon but they take their time to ensure you're happy with the results.If you're looking for a specific design, recommend you reach out to them on their socials and they can give you a quote for the price

Had an amazing afternoon getting a pedi and my nails done they take very good care of you. Make you feel very good the whole time you’re there and pay attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

The place was clean and the service was average. The woman did a good job doing my nails, however she charged me $70 for a single colour bio-gel (there was no pricing list posted). I take fault in not asking until she took my previous set off (done elsewhere). By no means am I saying she did a bad job, but I am saying that I can get the same service for much cheaper. Everybody who reviewed this place made it seem like this place was heavenly, making it intriguing to come and try it out. From somebody who’s done her nails at many different locations from Markham, Toronto and London, the service here and the nails done were mediocre, she simply did her job with basic service.In the photos attached: (picture 1) the line nail design is the set I had walking into this salon, done at a different location for $70. (picture 2) the solid pink colour nail set is what I got done here at Enails and I unfortunately can not say is worth $70.

I got an apres gel x set from them! The detail was beautiful, really took their time to make sure the nails were flawless. They feel so light and well detailed. I’ve been going to other salons and I realized how bad the quality was compared to here. It was a little pricey but worth it IMO. I paid $100 at another place and the work was bad, so $100 here is worth it. The nails look great. I do wish they put some hand cream when they finished but I’ll ask next time.

Beautiful and professional work done by the couple who owns the salon. Always incredibly polite and highly skilled at what they do. The price is reflective of the quality of nails you get. I’ve been several times and returned to have my nails done for my wedding and they went above and beyond to ensure my manicure was perfect!

The shop is beautiful and set up is lovely, I enjoyed my pedicure and the massage chairs. My manicure was a mess though. The girl was sick and kept blowing her nose and not washing or sanitizing after. When it was done, my nails were covered in lumps and bubbles. When I pointed it out, another technician suggested a fix of quick set gel shellac as an extra top coat. It fixed most of the lumps well enough as I had no time to stay for anything else. I appreciated that they tried to fix it. Unfortunately, during my manicure the girl had cut my finger. While she did treat the cut and stop the bleeding, my finger became quite infected by the next day. Days later, and frequent polysporin, it's still swollen and painful.I would advise the shop to train all their nail techs in proper personal hygiene, and customers to speak up if something looks wrong.

Best nail salon ever, if you want fancy, good quality and beautiful detail design nails, this is the place for you.People whoever complained about the price, I think you should compare the detail and quality with cheaper places.Really good service, 100% recommended

The skill is good. I’ve been looking for this type of Japanese style and Enail did a great job. I’m happy about the service.
