Food 4/5Service 4.5/5Ambiance 4/5Price 3/5Not sure how useful this review will be as I checked out Kwizinn for the first time on Mothers day so they select few menu options but can't hurt. Overall I would give this place a 4.5/5 it is expensive but the food was excellent and the staff were polite, friendly and attentive.I went at Brunch time with mom and my girlfriend, it was towards the end of the service so it was not too crowded. The place is light and bright, with a nice chill vibe and all the servers and staff were friendly and great.We were seated quickly, given water and overall excellent service, not trying to hurry, not crowding us and but not forgetting, just right.There were 3 different options from the menu so we each chose one and we were all very happy with the food. Everything was great, flavors were sweet with a little spice, presentation was nice and the portion sizes were on point. Had no complaints. It wasn't the best thing but the fries stood out, I guess for me cause I get fries from so many places that when ones are really good you notice more so.I'd say the only thing we had that wasn't as great was the deserts, which weren't bad just not as good as the mains, but we were all stuffed too so that may have been partly that.That said nice vibe, good food and service but it is on the more expensive side. With drinks (they have bottomless mimosas) and mains probably spending $60-$80 per person all in.I defintely plan to come again on a regular night and would recommend this to anyone to try at least once.

This place is amazing!!! From beginning to end! We ordered to chef's platter for 2 people (I would highly recommend 3 people...it was PLENTY for 2) but my goodness the flavours and tender meats and crab.That's not even talking about the phenomal cocktails available!This restaurant is a MUST! Félicitations!!!

To be honest, this is my first time trying Haïtien cuisine and I wasn't expecting anything. In short, it was amazing. Although I found the chief plate a little bit too expensive, it was a treat. Everything was delicious and I didn't leave anything on my plate, I highly recommend it for those who want to discover something new

Went there for a birthday. Food was good except the rice was too salty and the octopus was rubbery. Aside from that, our server was EXCELLENT! she was mostly French, so I appreciate her communicating with us in English. **SIDENOTE: Just be mindful that if you bring a cake there, they will charge you 3$ per slice for your own cake, which is silly. They have desserts but they don't have cakes. Since they don't offer that product, then the customer should not be charged for providing it for themselves. If they had it, we would have ordered it, but since they don't, and we got one ourselves, we were being charged for literally nothing. The restaurant pocketed our money, for basically NOT providing a product.

Delicious Haitian Creole kitchen and great cocktails, try the Dark and Shadow!There's some spice to most dishes but it's the good kind that adds to the experience :)

We went to have Easter brunch at @kwizinnverdun. The early, bright sunlight and the lively, vivid, supereme colour scheme made us feel like we were in the Carribean. But the real reason we just couldn't pass up this morning feast? Lobster. Grilled. Cheese.Yes, it's as good as it sounds. And those puffy, fluffy, pretty, plumpy Japanese pancakes were equally yummy. Add bottomless mimosas to that and you've got a recipe for a fantastic start to your day.

The staff and ambiance over there is really nice and warm. They know how to sense when something is needed. The food was good, I will need to try other dishes.

Cute little Carribean place.We were 2 ppl and we got the shared plate for 2 but it was alot. It was nice to have different stuff on the platter to try but definitely alot to share for 2 ppl, I wish they had told us that the portions are insanely big. The food itself was so good, the only bad part was that the crab was overcooked. They have the meat or the seafood platter that you can chose from, we chose the meat,on the platter we had okra, plantain, griot, lamb, steak, crab, octopus, arrancini, rice, salad and a few dipping sauces. We got mojitos as drinks, the drinks were averageIf we do go back with will probably be a bigger group to share the platter, or we would get out own plate. Plus it would cost you cheaper if you get your own plate. The sharable plate was 130$ and it was expensive for just 2 pplThis place was full when we went and it was very noisy you can hear other ppls conversation because everyone was talking to loud and can't really hear the person in front of you.This place is good for big groups I findThey have a very small bar area.The cocktails were okThe service was pretty good, they were nice.
