Fencing Around PVC Fence & Railing

Only giving 1 star as I can't write a review if I don't.Fence posts cracked due to wind. I've spent over 3 months calling and texting and leaving voice mails.Occasionally he will answer if I call from a different number. Very frustrating.Do not recommend.

Would never recommend this company. Very Poor workmanship and quality. The fence they installed is not straight, the gate broke within 6 months of installation and it took them over a year to even call us back. When they did call us back, we were threatened, screamed at, and hung up on. Horrible service, poor quality work and very disappointing. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Great service

The product is fine but now trying to have part of the fence repaired has been extremely frustrating. I have tried to contact the office 8 times for the last 5 months. Out of those 8 times after leaving voice mails and sending emails I finally spoke to Corey once who reassured me they would fix it when they were in the area. This still has not happen even though it appears to be a simple fix...Cut another top piece so it is long enough to stop coming out and the panels don’t fall out. Unfortunate because I have another 118 ft of fence to do and will not be using this company.UPDATE: fence has been repaired since this post

I can’t get a hold of anyone here. I was told I had lifetime warranty. I need new fence caps that a hail storm took out. I don’t even care about the warranty. I’ll pay for them. Left voicemail and emails. No response.Below is review I left 5 years ago5 star for product 2 star customer service. Had my fence put in about 6-7 years ago and held up great. One fence panel broke so I called for warranty got voice mail and left message. Next day they called back and asked me to send a pic to a cell number, I did. Next day I didn't hear back so I text again and still nothing next day I finally got a response who is this!" Apparently office doesn't relay info to installers and they had no idea what I was talking about. So I explained the situation and it's been over a week now and have heard nothing

Quality product and good install work. Had a little trouble with one rail being short but they came out and fixed it. Their pricing is better than others as well.

We used their product and fencing installation services. Very happy we did - the price was about the same as others but better quality. Their price was what they quoted (no surprises) and the fence went in 1-2 days. About a 2 week process between ordering and getting installed. Our neighbours ended extending our fence and we are both pleased. I would recommend them.
