After our bumber, grill and emblem were replaced, they went above and beyond by adding at no additional cost several inspections checks, and they even detailed the car inside and out. This is the second time we had used Fix auto. They had went above and beyond with the bodywork repairs to our vehicle after someone had hit our car while parked in a parking spot.They did excellent work, as well as cleaned and polished our vehicle and vacuumed it all inside for us.Being seniors, this was a great help for us and we appreciate the great job and professionalism.We would gladly recommend their services to anyone in need..

Fix Auto is a very professional collision center that I would highly recommend. The staff are so helpful and provided all the info we need after we were in a car accident.They took care of everything...sending insurance required info, arranging a rental car,keeping us up to date on the progress of our car being repaired.Our car looks GREAT!!They did a fabulous job with all repairs and if was completed in a timely manner.Leona is so kind and a pleasure to deal with! Although car accidents are horrible...going to Fix Auto made it not so bad!

Excellent service! My dad had an accident a while ago and the front bumper was a mess for almost a year. He decided to take our car to fix auto. The parts were ordered the same day and about a week later they called my dad so he could bring in his vehicle. The car was in the shop for a couple of hours and we got it back the same day! The staff was very helpful and polite. We would recommend this shop to friends and family 100%

Joe made what can be an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation extremely easy and almost enjoyable. He explained all my options to me, and was able to work with me and my budget to find the best repair for my vehicle. The work was done swiftly and is of excellent quality. We fixed our door out of pocket and Steve was amazing throughout the whole process. They really work with you and just made the whole process a lot less stressful. They are very reputable and reliable and if you need to get something fixed on your car make sure to check this place out you won't regret it.

Terrible communication, slandered us to our insurance company stating our truck was in bad shape and that we don't take care it. It is very disrespectful of a company to talk down and belittle their customers. We understand cars rust and we were not asking them to fix it. The fact of the matter is they went to our insurance company and slandered us as customers. The end product of the fix was not done to a positive customer standard. They lost bolts, forget to screw pieces back together on our door, left things lose in the door when they took it off so it banged when being driven and they did not line up the panels properly. I had to return to their office multiple times to get things fixed. I get they can only do work stated by a insurance provider bit I do not like being treated with disrespect.Very unprofessional and would not recommend this place at all.

Great place, amazing staff Jillian was very helpful in helping my get my car back like nothing ever happened! Car was like new when it was returned to me interior was so cleaned and the outside looked like I was never hit! Would definitely recommend coming to this location for any collision repairs!
