Honestly I am beginning to think that this security company is scamming people to pay for courses they cannot access. The phone number you put online takes you straight to a voice-mail that is already filled up, so I can't drop any voice mail. I and my sister bought your training, we got an email, but the training isn't accessible, and the only means of communicating your office is not reachable, is this not scam?

Don't buy any courses from them they are making fraud as they don't have any customer services the number they provide on the website is fake too as well as they don't have any physical location the address on the Google is tire shopThey deduct my $187 from my account and I m not even able to access thesecurity courseSo it's completely trap I m going to complaint to the police now

Fraudulent company, Fraud, Fraud, fraudZero customer service, As their requirements to get completion number, I submitted consent form and first aid certificate via email address, which they had given, never replied, when I called them during weekend, the number which they provided was switched off, so, I was unable to leave the message, then I waited 2 more days for their reply, did not reply, then I called again during week days, someone answered the call with cranked sound, which was unable understand what was he saying, I think he did not have professional training for customer s, when ask him againand again f completion number, they said you will probably get until the end of week, let see, how many days it takes?Today is Friday still have not received number, when I called that person said next week you will get, then I realized this is fraud, immediately I called to that tire shop and they said there is no any on the name of shield security solutions, now I am registering police complaint, Be careful folks, from this kind of fraud.

It is a FRAUD company. Don't even think about paying and taking a course through them. No response to any of my email or calls to know about my security training number. Many of us lost of our hard worked money and please do read the reviews of others before signing up.And I think whoever is giving positive reviews might be the part of this scam....FRAUD & SCAM

I have taken security guard training with shield security solution online through their website. It provides you with the flexibility to complete the course on your in time. And at the time of writing this review it was the cheapest training course I can take online.

The program provided me with a great foundation to build upon and I am very grateful for the experience. I highly recommend this institution to anyone looking to become a professional security guard.

This company is total fraud, apparently they are also going through a government audit for fraudulent activity, in my case I purchased their course and I had to pay them through PayPal which is total red flag, okay and then completed their courses which was a horrendous experience as their website is trash and will crash once a day. After completing my course they asked me to send them a government form to release your information, as soon as that happened bondalpati or whatever his name is started telling me that all the security agencies are going through a government audit, which is true only they are for fraud as a lot of people complain about them to the ministry, no other security agency is. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this fraud company
