I wanted to exchange some international bills to Canadian. And then very rudely, he said that he does not do that. I asked where I may exchange it he said nowhere I've never seen that money before lol. So yeah very incompetent and rude. I went to my bank and they did it for me in a minute. The least he could have done is be polite and offer some information.
