I have always been fascinated and satisfied with the services provided by Glam Nail Studio. The staff there are very friendly and polite.Chiharu is the nail artist in charge of my nail services. She always listens to me patiently when discussing nail art and asks me if I would like to add more / change/ remove anything that I don't like. She put the utmost care on my nails and made sure I went out of that studio with all my nails perfect. In fact, the services are charged reasonably, and all the art stuff that she created and put effort into (they have a paper listing out every material, length, and type of gel on my hand) and also says the quality. My nails never chipped off even after two months, while in others, my gem always fell off, and they often tilted my idea. Not only does she do fancy/animate nails, but also she does simple nails.To be honest, I am super picky about the color choice on my nails, yet Chiharu is so easygoing to adjust for me, she NEVER FORCE me to put on any colors that I don't like. (Some other nail technicians I had before had excuses such as making their portfolio reason they need to be in this color) Chiharu always aligns with my thoughts which makes my nail experience more pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend their services to my family & friends ♥

I’ve been going to Glam Nails for quite some time - with a break during COVID. I was originally recommended to this place by a friend and have since referred friends and family. They do the most fantastic art - with varying degrees of skill depending on who you schedule with. For the last year, I have been seeing Kana and Chiha. I absolutely love the work that they do.I usually do Soft gel as my nails grow fairly fast and I do not do extensions.Overall, would always recommend. My nails generally take about 2 hours for soft gel on (with removal).

This salon is fantastic in providing unique and stunning designs at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are very friendly. They also have a great instagram page/website/ contact system and are highly responsive and transparent when trying to set up an appointment. I have only done the hard gel but find the quality to be excellent - only when i once accidentally banged my hand into a wall was there a tiny chip in one of my nails.I do think that customers should be aware this is a salon that specialises in japanese gel nails and customised designs - their styles are very easily searchable - and if this is not the style you are looking for I wouldnt recommend it, but if it is, then prepare to be amazed!! That being said, they do cater very well to requests - more than only the reference designs I show - Keiko does beautiful work that even matches to my personal aesthetic. Their level of care/detail is quite impressive.

DON'T GO...Very very unprofessional!I scheduled my bridal nails here but had a horrible experience. The staff was very impatient and urged me to pick a bridal design within few minutes. I could understand this as time was limited and they were busy. However, what was really disappointing was that they applied excessive hard gel on my fingers (8-9 layers) that caused my nails to be SUPER thick and did not look asthetically appealing at all.The gel stayed on a few months after the wedding. When I tried to remove the gel at another salon, it took them a long time to handle with care but the gel still remained because it was too thick. Then, when the remaining gels finally came off on their own, my nails became ruptured and very thin. Some of my nails even bled internally because they were damaged. I had to do intensive hand care for awhile in order for my nails to be back to normal again.Also, they charged me more than $400 for the hard gels, which was TOTALLY not worth it. I regretted very much doing my bridal nails here and I definitely won't recommend anyone to do nails here. Go somewhere else. You deserve to spend at a place that is worth the price and the service.

I'm obsessed with my nails. I've been coming here to get my nails done in preparation for a wedding and Chiha has done a superb job. She listens to exactly what you want and has great attention to detail. She also has a great talent for creating 3D nail designs!

I always come here for my anime style nails as well as gel polish. Chiha is an amazing nail artist and always amazes me with the final product. Even if I only give her some pictures and a basic theme she always manages to create an amazing set. All the other nail artists are very kind and always do their best to accommodate your request. I’ll keep going to Glam until I leave the city.
