Gary helped select the appliances, I asked for a quote to be sent so I can review, 5 applicances and washer and dryer, wait three weeks and no response. Called the store and they said Frasier would give me a call. Never heard from Fraiser as well. Glad I didn't buy there. Took my $30K and bought at Tasco.

We cant thank thank Gary enough for the great advice and service today in the purchase of our new dishwasher. Beautiful unit supplied and installed in record time.Bought appliances from them over 30 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences.Recommend highly! Follow up to original post. New dishwasher leaking and slick Gary told me he sells tons of appliances but doesnt get involved in the back end(service).He said to call back tomorrow as the person who would handle my issue had the day off.Could not believe the attitude/disrespect from this extremely rude guy. I see lots of reviews similar to this one now and wish I had read them before I dealt with him on this purchase. He has lost a good customer, but I doubt he cares.

Sadly, Oakville Appliance is no longer the great company they were when I first began dealing with them in the early 80’s. Their business model is now make the sale but not provide any helpful support once a product’s short warranty expires. Most recently after my expensive microwave died they referred me to a terrible appliance repair company with a 1 star (out of 5 rating). In future I will go to Oakville Appliance to research new appliance choices then buy from a box store which offers better customer after sales service. This was not the first time Oakville Appliance seriously let me down.

Same as the stories as below. Service was all good up until the point of sale…then nothing. Had a suspected leak after installation and sent multiple emails and left voicemails and nothing back. Definitely do not recommend.

We purchased a Epic Retro refrigerator November 2020 from this store. Last night when opening the door both doors came crashing off!Called Gary this morning and he promptly sent his guys over to fix it. Best service I have received in a long time! Will definitely recommend this business!!

Excellent customer service from Gary - helped me pick out a fridge - came with a great price - and even supported me a year afterwards when I needed a replacement part. Great to deal with and will go to again for our next appliance purchase.

Be very careful! This company took my deposit for two appliances on February 2, 2023. I followed up in April and was told the appliances were not yet in. I followed up again on May 26, 2023 to cancel the order. I was told both appliances are in. They NEVER called to tell me this. I asked for a refund of the deposit and was told they would not provide a refund.

It should be 0 stars but it would not allow that so I had to give them 1 star which they don't even deserve!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years but the last few years their sales and service is extremely poor. I bought a Maytag oven and the door exploded after 6 years. Maytag refuses to cover the repair saying this is normal. I have had an oven for 25 years and have never heard of the oven door exploding. This is normal????

Bought a washer got it home, opened the box to find the wrong color, apparently that was my fault and it will cost 10% to return.I wish I had recorded the way the manager spoke to me over the phone, it was so unprofessional, to the point he was swearing at me and hung up the phone.Can you imagine!! this guy is representing a business. Reading reviews after the fact I see I am not the only person he has treated this way. Amazing that he still holds a position dealing with customers.I have emailed the owner let's see if he wishes to keep a repeat customer.My worst experience with a salesman in 54 years,This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review, I am so disgusted.
