They gave our truck away a day before we were supposed to pick it up and did not notify us. Person at the counter was not knowledgeable.

Rented a high-top Penske truck, which was incredibly easy to drive. Everything from the reservation (I did mine online), expectations of rental, and picking the truck up was purely simple. The employees had everything ready to go, a full gas tank and brought it up to the door to warm it up - important in a cold, winter climate.Until I dropped the truck back off, everything went very smoothly.I would definitely rent from this Rent N Save location again.

I own a tree service company, my business partner rented from them to haul brush all day, it came with a dead battery and they didn’t give him a discount or try to work anything out with him. It slowed the whole operation down because he had to unload the dump trailer by hand and they were not helpful at all. I do not recommend them.
