In order to purchase a pool, we are required to have a 6' fence in my area (island of Montreal). So, in 2020 we contacted Gabriel at Clôture Fortin Mirabel. Right from the start, we received a free on site estimation. Gabriel was extremely friendly and took the time that was needed to answer our questions. Today (June 1st, 2021), the fence was installed and completed according to our plans. The two men who did the work were also of a very friendly disposition, the fence looks amazing and I would strongly recommend Clôture Fortin to anyone who needs a fence and respectful workers to do the work. Recently Cloture Forting completed a job of 193 linear feet of fence around my property. The workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The job turned out exactly as I had imagined and am extremely pleased

Called them for an estimate on a repair job. The salesman agreed to meet me the very afternoon after describing the job over the phone. This is where the good part ends.Once he showed up at the house, refused to quote a price me, saying he was not interested in finishing someone else's job. He said I should call the guys who installed the original fence 6 years ago. He was rude and arrogant.I can't believe I left work early to meet this guy, now I need to work late. Note the job will probably end up costing me $2000 to $3000 range, not that small a job!

DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to others. You should checkout another fence company. My father and I both attempted calling several times to have a quote for a fence. Every time we called, the receptionist said that she would send someone to give us a quote. After 2 weeks, we got a hold of the owner (Mr. Fortin) to speak with him about getting a quote. He was VERY rude and told us he had no time for us and that he did not call back or return our messages because he has no time to do our fence. He then proceeded to hangup on us. Such a terrible, unprofessional response to a potential client. It is too bad for him as we needed a fence for the company, which would be a big order.

We received a few quotes from different companies for our pool project in 2020 but decided with Clôtures Fortin as we were extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledgeability about our Municipal by-laws regarding pools, their expertise and respectful workers such as Charles who gave us an estimation, to the work crew, to Carl and Simon who did the installation and to Gabriel for accommodating us while our project was delayed due to the high demands for a land surveyor last year so our fence was only installed and completed in May 2021. Gabriel was extremely friendly, well organized and customer oriented as he took the time that was needed to answer our many questions. Everything looks so amazing and I would strongly recommend Clôtures Fortin to anyone who needs a fence. All the best to you, Clôtures Fortin!

Pascal's crew were absolutely fabulous. They worked meticulously. They took the time to answer all questions which were asked, made certain everything was picked up. I was told if there was anything I needed to be fixed, I only needed to call them. I am rarely impressed however they impressed with how they works. 5 thumbs up.

I sent an email to get an estimate for a fence but no news yet. They must be very busy

Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme des deux équipes qui sont venus chez moi pour l'installation de notre nouvelle clôture. Des gars passionnés, souriants qui aiment le travail bien fait. Une mention spéciale à Charles Thibodeau qui est le seul représentant à avoir pris le temps de venir me rencontrer pour évaluer le travail et me proposer le bon produit parmi les différentes soumissions que j'ai demandé. On nous a même proposé une clôture temporaire pour la sécurité de nos deux chiens.Le WOW ultime, on a ajusté ma facture à la baisse puisqu'il y avait des matériaux non utilisés sans que j'en fasse la demande. Je vous les recommande à quiconque veut changer sa clôture.

Le produit et l’installation sont de qualité.Cependant ils nous ont chargé 7 paquets de lattes de trop et même si j’ai appelé à maintes reprises et envoyé plusieurs courriels, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Il semble qu’ils ne voulaient pas devoir me rembourser pour 400$ de lattes.A oui j’oubliais, même avant l’installation, très difficile d’avoir un retour d’appel.
