Advance Door Systems

I replaced my 8 windows in my home and they were the fourth company I called for a quote. I didn't have a great experience with the other 3 and didn't expect much but Steve was AWESOME! He wasn't pushy, and was very friendly. I felt very comfortable and the price was lower than the other quotes. The installers also did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, I suggest to at least get their free estimate and see how great their price are.

Advance Door Systems recently completed a job for the doors on our new home. Everything about this company is excellent. Customer service is courteous and professional. The consultations regarding my choices were spot on. The delivery and instalation were seamless. I would highly recommend Advance Door Systems to anyone who wants beauty, class, and professional service.

I had a few good experiences with Ross. The turn around has been quick, and he has let me know if there are delays on components coming in. If I ever need more doors, I'll be visiting here first. I had two exterior doors made, and one interior pantry door. Another company told me it wasn't a standard slab size and said they couldn't do it... but Ross handled it perfectly. Doors are installed and look great.

I had Advance Door replace the windows in my home and am extremely satisfied. They have nice crew and out of my place in one day and his pricing was perfect! He was very accommodating and helpful. He explained all of the advantages to using the style of windows he recommended. He was on time and very clean. I can say that my house is more comfortable and safe since he installed the windows. I recommend ADS to all my friends.

When you leave a cash deposit for your doors, especially with Ross, make sure you get some sort of record for it, as he conveniently forgot we had left a deposit. So needless to say we got to overpay, by over$100, for doors that they forgot to order and after weeks of waiting, they were not cut right the first time. So I had to take them back and they still screwed them up a 2nd time. They don't give accurate receipts indicating how much cash you paid, but just that you paid cash. We don't need rip off companies like this around. They have a crappy rating because they truly earned it.

I was hesitant to take my business here because of the first two reviews and the other 2 positive seem a bit suspicious because they're related. I gambled and sure as hell paid the price. I took 2 doors here several months ago told them that the i wanted the unfinished door to match a broken one i brought in and the glass to be replaced on a pantry door i was quoted 150 per door, paid 220 per door. In the span of dealing with Advanced Doors. I phoned several times and I was told I would get a phone call back and would kept in the loop, never have i ever gotten a call. The only time I talk to representative when i happen to catch him in the office or talk to receptionist saying my doors will be 2 weeks then next week, then another next week. I understand things get back orders but they were given months to get the door complete it. It's sad that i have to escalated it to a manager because of lack of care and communication from the staff. I wish I figure another alternative maybe i would have better luck with handyman connections. In the end after multiple trips of taking the doors back and forth because of screw ups they did rectify everything in the end.

Absolutely terrible services inside and out. Brent hides from his customers once he gets your $. And also, it's really funny noticing family members giving 5-star reviews to this company. And on top of this - a girl from Las Vegas gives a 5-star review for this company, like she would know. How the !@#$ would she even know how this company operates??

Avoid at all costs. We've been waiting 6+ months for an answer on replacing part of a door on warranty because of their manufacturing mistake just to be finally told that they won't fix their error unless we pay them to do so. Unbelievable. How does a company do business like this?

Brent at Advance Door is the best in Sask. Anytime I need anything they order it fast with no hiccups or upsells. I have done business with many window and glass companies but I would not work with anybody else at this point.
