Ripped off today - used the drive up window. Return pretty much the same amount of returnables every time so was surprised when he gave me the total but how do you argue? Will try another depot next time I need to go.Update - sent an email about this too and heard back. Very apologetic and making amends to me. Pleased by this customer service. Will give them another chance.

One of the best bottle depots around Edmonton. Inside is very clean and organized. The service is ALWAYS good and quick. I take my bottles here and only here and will continue to do so. Great great place.

Well run operation. They have a drive up window at the side of the building. In the parking lot, instead of shopping carts they have big blue bins on wheels that can easily take 6 or 7 bags blue bags simplifying the process. Unlike my usual bottle return facility, this one is open 7 days a week. I felt the person counting my returns did a good job and won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

I always come here to bring our empties! Great place to recycle bottles because the staff are friendly and also quick and accurate with counting! Place also looks very clean and tidy and parking is plenty!

Clean facility and very quick service. Never had to wait longer than 2 minutes to get to the counter and the attendents are efficient and professional. Plus they have the best hours anywhere!

They short changed me about $12 on the bottle count insted of putting 260 bottles at 0.10 the guy put only 106 bottles. If you are going to steal and skim off dont skim by 10 dollars ar a time it is noticable. So at the and who pockets the money the business or the employee gets a bonuses from the owner. This is simple pure theft of other peoples money.Update:I sent my receipt to the regional manager and they reviewed the security cameras and found out that the guy lost count and punched in the wrong amount in. They gave me 10 dollars back and a tim's card.?

I’ve always had a great experience here they all have been very honest and it’s a clean well ran facility. Sad to see this Renel Lorenzo gentleman below has to bring it to the fact that someone was the same race as you , you shouldn’t get ripped off… should look back into that and recognize how that itself is racist. I highly suggest using this depot. Regardless of the race of the person behind the counter(as it should be) it’s a great location!
