Chris is my go-to guy for appliances. He's straight forward and will give you advice if you need. His prices are great and are generally better than what you'll find at the big box stores or appliance stores. Appliances were delivered on time without any nicks. Can't really ask for anymore.

Service was superb, I ordered my Samsung fridge, washing machine and range stove from them, and all deliveries arrive promptly the next business days. Staff is super nice and they helped me move all old appliances out and dispose of without any question. Highly recommended this shop.

I was referred by a friend last year for and purchased LG washer and dryer, they’re still running great! This is my second time making purchase with this store, definitely GREAT services! Purchased their washer, dryer and dishwasher, and Chris was able to arrange delivery accommodating our availability and removed our old ones. Definitely recommended to shop with Chris! Don’t be fooled this company only cares about taking your money once you buy a product and if it fails they wash their hands. They have nothing to do with it anymore. Terrible service and unwilling to help their paying customers.They sold my elder parents a fridge and prematurely died.Because they did not take ownership of representing the appliances they sell. I had to reach out to Samsung and BOY last time I will ever buy a single Samsung product. They are terrible to deal and you will have to wait till they go through the lengthy process. (So far 2 weeks and still counting) Even their service team deem this unit was unrepairable 1 week ago. And now we have to wait until they call us if they are going to exchange or refund the unit…? SMH

I shopped a few other stores, but this store beat most of them. I bought a fridge there, and they manage the whole process, up to the delivery and I would recommend it.
