Easily the slowest service I’ve ever received at an A&W location before… Be prepared if you see a line at the Drive Thru, you could be waiting a while. The longest wait I’ve had with 5 cars ahead of me is 20 minutes.After waiting, it would be nice if they got your order correct too… Ordered 3 chicken strips and a burger, and both were incorrect. Only received 2 chicken strips and the incorrect burger. I’d hope that if it takes so long that you’d get what you want, but it seems that can be a challenge at this location.

Onion rings could be better, service is fast. Kids meal options and drive through available. This is definitely one of the few reliable options in Kitimat.

Spacious dine in and good service. Way better than the other competitor in town.My 5 star rating would still holds had I not found this disturbing experience. An employee working in the kitchen consistently not wearing a mask, sometimes under the chin, admist Omicron, new Government regulations and A&W's own commitment to the public . This happened quite a few times, even after I complained.

I have only eaten here once, though me and a friend went here to grab dinner after work.I had the spicy habanero burger with onion rings and he had the new Nashville? Burger.Mine was great and i enjoyed it, his though was too spicy for his personal preferance, he said it tasted like it was drenched in hot sauce.The onion rings were nice, service was quick and efficient.

I hate being this person, but every single experience I’ve had here in the last year has been poor. I love A&W but every order I request one simple modification and that is: no cheese. Every single burger I get has cheese on it. I understand that it can get hectic while working at a fast food chain but this evening, i was the only drive thru customer and there was maybe 2 families in the restaurant eating. I was told to pull aside and wait for my teen burger… 20 minutes pass by and we still have not been given our order. Eventually we get home and I open my burger to find it covered in cheese. There is no reason for me to wait as long as I did just to be disappointed once again. I will no longer be spending my money or wasting my time here.Again, I hate being this person to write negative reviews but customer satisfaction is a small part of running a business and I can’t say they are excelling.

August 14th, 2022- drive thru was extremely slow; vehicles moving 8-10minutes.- out of food; no onion rings or whistle dogs- the 5 staff that were working here we’re disorganized and seemingly inexperienced; often three seen together asking each other questions as we waited- food took 12 minutes
