Great Service Once Again!I had driven my car across the country 3000 miles from The West Coast to Toronto and was desperately in need of an Oil Change & an inspection . I had called to see if they had any last minute cancellations & Connie the nice lady at the front desk squeezed me in. I appreciate the fact that this Auto Shop doesn’t try to upsell you on services that your car doesn’t need. The mechanics here are HONEST and won’t try to price gauge. I got my oil change , tune up within and inspection within a couple hours and I was on my way . I’m not sure that they are the cheapest out there but for the convenience , top notch service and the quality work that they do, I don’t mind paying an extra $20 bucks. When it comes to cars, you shouldn’t be too cheap anyway! The only way they could improve would be to have some water available for Clients as we wait for our services, especially since the office /waiting area is small.Thank YOU for Everything and I will be back !

We are from out of town and had our exhaust fall apart on the 401, and these wonderful folks managed to find time to fix it so that we wouldn’t have to stay overnight in the city. Absolute A+ service, and incredibly friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!!

Good and Honest Mechanics are HARD to find. if you are looking for one JOHN is ALL of the above!!!Look no further, he is honest and hard working. I can honestly say, if you want professional, trustworthy, and a quality job done, this is the place to go.I would not bring my cars anywhere else, John, Connie and the team of mechanics they have working for them, care about their customers and it shows in the work that they provide.

John is absolutely amazing. He is honest and so nice. My family has been going to him for as long as I can remember. Now that I have my first vehicle, I will definitely be going to him!My Dad even drives from Barrie just to see John! That's a testament to how incredible he is!

Quality Automotive provides superior service at a reasonable price. John and the gang are knowledgeable on all types of vehicles. My suburban is a diesel and my wife’s car is regular gas. Service is always done in a timely fashion. I have been going to Quality for about 8 years now and will continue until I don’t drive anymore. A big plus is when you pay Connie has a candy bowl by the cash register and you can’t just eat one. Keep up the good work guys.

Connie, John, and team are amazing.. Great customer service, great work, great prices.Edit:Was recently strung on for weeks(months?) About getting booked in for some vital work on my daily.My transmission leak was misdiagnosed as a engine seal leak, then I was told I could keep driving it no problem and they would fit me in ASAP to get it fixed. A simple we don't have the time

I own a vintage vehicle and this is the only shop I trust. John is very nice and honest. Great knowledge of classics. Connie is always a sweetheart helping with bookings. Highly recommended.

John and Connie were absolutely amazing today. They were able to look at my car the same day I called. I had been to three other shops prior, no one was able to diagnose my vibration problem correctly. John took me on a test drive with him while he did different things to troubleshoot the problem. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the same day. So happy to find reliable people who do not give you the run around. Will recommend this shop to anyone looking to fix their car. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks again to the whole team!
