When we consolidated insurance companies we chose to stay with Bridge Insurance because their customer service was always top notch. It's hard in today's world to find a company that still cares and goes above and beyond for their clients, but when I need last minute travel insurance Tyson has always been very prompt and it's made my life easier. We recently bought a new-to-us vehicle and their office coordinated with the salesperson to change over all of the insurance and have that ready for us when we got our car - hassle free.

we have had nothing but issues with this branch. every year I call to complain how much I pay annually and they find a magical way to decrease it a bit. I've been with them 17 years and they don't care that I'm leaving because the customer service is terrible. even leaving is becoming a nightmare. I've talked to Tyson, Cheryl and now Megan and all have said they'd tell me how much it is to cancel. all of them have said different amounts from 30$-$169. they messed up the dates. I emailed them 2x now with no response on top of calling. They spoke rude and unprofessional to me and I'm still waiting for Tyson to call me back to rectify this. Very quick to take your money but all of them are unsure how to calculate to cancel. it's ridiculous

They are great and here are my reasons why.- They overcharged me by $2/month for a year, upon my yearly policy review they called me and told me that I would receive a full refund. This is honesty and I love it!- They insured our truck when nobody else would.- They reply to email inquiries from customers on the same day.- Very friendly people.

Tyson and the team have been absolutely amazing since the day I started with them. We do our personal vehicle insurance, and our business/commercial insurance. We even have done our Party Alcohol Liability Insurance with Tyson. Anytime we need to change anything on our insurance or list an new insurer, we get a quick, professional response, with great pricing. I would highly recommend Co-operators Bridge Insurance to any of my family, friends and business associates.

I have only ever had great experiences with this agency. They are an awesome staff to work with. They are accommodating and helpful every time I go in.

(Separate user than username)Dealing with Tyson at this insurance company since I’ve been with them has been an absolute nightmare. He is the worst customer service representative, and whenever I call I have to ask to speak with one of the ladies, (who on the other hand are amazing and will do anything to keep you as a customer) because speaking to him makes me so frustrated it’s hard to keep composure. So thanks to the ladies there that keep the positive impact there.

Horrible customer service. Ripped me off thousands when I got into an accident. Workers incapable of removing proper vehicles from policies. Workers also incapable of applying payments to the right policies. Was charged hundreds in NSFs due to a workers screw up and was never reimbursed for her screw up. Manager wouldn't meet with me when he seen I was Native. I only wanted to discuss these issues so they will be addressed. I'm so happy and relieved to no longer support this company and its ill mannered workers.

Honestly nothing but problems with this place always screwing up a lot taking the wrong vehicle’s off of Insurance, not sending out a new pink card after changes, they don’t like taking calls and answering emails. Nothing but troubles with this place the staff changes all the time just a gong show!!! Don’t recommend this place!!

I've had to call in to make changes to both my home and auto policies a few times over the last few years and every single time the agent has been both pleasant to talk to and very efficient at making the necessary updates to my policy.Today it was Lisa who helped me. Thanks so much for making the experience nice and easy.
