Do not use this lab for bloodwork. They are completely incompetent. Stabbed veins a few times and now have to redo. Keep your children far away.

Xray machine are on service with no notice at reception desk or online. Don't waste your time coming here for xrays. Note to clinic: Have consideration and place a note at your entrance if machines are on service. This way your clients are not waiting in line for no service. It's a no brainer

Had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday which is not supposed to be painful at all. Afterwards was in quite a bit of discomfort. I had been going to this location for over 5 years, but it looks like they have a new staff not properly trained. Also waited 1 hour extra for my appointment while holding fluid in my abdomen. Totally unacceptable!

Super busy, which is why I like to make an appointment. Regardless, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes with a full bladder. I was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. If appointments are taken, I expect the time to be honored. I would let it slide if it was a one-off, but they are consistently tardy. When your bladder is full to the point of pain, that's just unacceptable.
