My cleaner, Ricky, was fantastic! He was punctual, courteous, and personable.The quality of his work was beyond my expectations. I have requested him specifically for my future cleaning appointments.My interactions with all other personnel from Mango Maids has been outstanding.I have no reservations about recommending this company to you for any and all of your cleaning needs.

Carolyn and Ricky keep my home free from dust and grime. They clean my home biweekly since we purchased the unit new. I have no dirt build up anywhere

Hired them for my rental property. Was charged $600 for what I thought was a deep clean but, rather a wipe down clean. Cleaners are overbooked and rushy. They simply wipe down everything with dirty mops and clothes, didn’t even vacuum. The rental property smelled worse after they were done. Had to go back to clean and disinfect the entire house. Overpriced and claim they come back to redo spots you’re not happy with but never do. Non responsive. Don’t believe google reviews.

We were very impressed with Team Carol and Ricky’s punctuality, efficiency and quality of the service provided (including thoughtful finishing touches)! We hope to have this team back to perform our household cleaning services. We have also really appreciated Mango Maids’ responsiveness by e-mail and phone to answer any questions and accommodated our requests. We would highly recommend Mango Maids!

Edit-The pictures they sent looked good but when my contractor went in, floor spills were missed, oven cleaner was not wiped properly, hood fan missed. They did come back to reclean but it was still not great. Not sure I would use their service again.Mango Maids booked us in very quickly and Team Harpreet did an amazing job cleaning a very dirty duplex rental.

This is business is terrible. I booked a clean 8 weeks out. There was no disclosure of a cancellation fee or taking 100% payment up front. As soon as the charged full payment to my credit card when I booked online I knew something was wrong. I dig deeper and saw all the terrible reviews of them on google and BBB. I contacted them within 24 hours to cancel. It took 3 days for them to agree to cancel (they kept telling me reviews were wrong). Then they were going to keep $90 of my money claiming that was their cancellation fee. I get a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 gotta, but 8 weeks?!? 3 weeks later after ignoring my emails, they finally agreed to refund my money. But 7 weeks later, I still hadn’t been refunded. I had to file 2 complaints with the BBB about them, make a terrible review there and file a case with my credit card company to finally get my money back. It’s fine to have a couple bad reviews, but this company has HUNDREDS. Plus their business practices are shady. DO NOT book with them. Interesting too, they do not allow comments on their Facebook page. Likely because of all the bad reviews about them.

These people may be good as others have commented, but they are dishonest. I feel very very badly that these people docked my payment to them by $94 because I cancelled. I had ordered a job over $800 and they took $94 even though I cancelled over 10 days before service request!. Their reason ...its our policy".I feel extremely cheated and abused by these people. I could have used the $94 for my groceries but these thieves stole it.Well

They did a terrible enough job on our move-out clean that my landlord is charging me for the additional cleaning they had to do afterwards. So I paid almost $500 for this service, only to be charged another $300. Their customer service is also horrible, as they haven’t responded to my email or to my calls.Do not use this service.

We paid 300 before they even showed up for carpet cleaning. No communication prior to coming, when they showed up I didn’t know what they were saying or who they were as there was no company vehicle, no uniforms and no communication in English. The 2 cleaners wore their outside shoes in my house , no covers.They used our water and electricity to power and fill there machines….I’ve seen carpet cleaning PROFESSIONALLY done before, it was nothing like this, it all came powered and done from the company work truck outside. Super unprofessional, and awkward would not recommend or book again.

Had a stress free cleaning completed by Harpreet’s team. Impeccable and timely. Brought own supplies and equipment which helped in not worrying about moving cleaning supplies afterward.
