That's how long I've lived in Richmond Hill. And today for the first time I get to have some work done for my car from this workshop. And now I will always get my car serviced by the same auto workshop. Highly professional environment and pleasant atmosphere and better seating environment for customers and arrangement of refreshments. Marco, the manager there, is undoubtedly a charming personality and the skill and diligence of his expert associate Mike is commendable.

Make sure about their questions and their invoice. They quoted me $130 for the wheel alignment but their invoice was bumped up with a hidden fee. I received an email from them and replied about a week ago to clarify it but no reply yet. As a customer I expect them to advise all hidden cost when they make a quote. Preferably they should include their fees in the quote in advance.
