As a loyal customer I am always impressed by the quality of service I receive from the staff at the Orleans location. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Alex! He was helpful, patient and upbeat on the phone as well as in person. The paint is on the pricey side but their products are high quality and the colours are absolutely beautiful. Their phone ordering and curbside pickup system is efficient and the orders are ready in a timely manner. Great job!

It's true that it is expensive, but good long-lasting paint is expensive. You get what you pay for, and I say, it's worth every penny. Their Duration paint says it all... I've used it 20+ years ago and it still looked new.

Good quality and service. They will help and make things right for your paint job. Just make sure to go in when the paints are on Sale. I have a commercial account with them and the residential discounts are often better. Calling in paints sometimes speeds things up. They don't always fill the order for your arrival.
