I am so glad I found this company. They come in and clean for me. They do a great job! They use products that don’t irritate my allergies. The staff are friendly.

I had the privilege of having this company clean my apartment when I moved out to another place. This company made the old apartment look like it was a brand new place. Every nook and cranny was spotless, everything shined. Best cleaning company ever- meticulous attention to detail - wonderful service. Congratulations. on 5 years

I can't begin to explain the absolute relief I felt walking through our front door after the first clean. I don't think our house ever looked this good! Their attention to detail was impressive. I also appreciated their little touches like making my son's bed, putting the bath toys away, putting things back in their homes, and doing our few dishes in the sink. I know that doesn't sound like much but it made a world of difference. It was a little touch that was so appreciated. We can't wait to have them back!

Crystal and her team absolutely blew me away!! I am so incredibly thankful for the amazing team that came today to make my apartment a real home. They did such a phenomenal job in my apartment. Crystal was amazing ti connect with, prompt replies and open communication. Her team was courteous and polite and non judgmental. They did a deep clean of my bathroom and kitchen and they are spotless. Years if stains on my cupboards are now gone.I am definitely going to having a monthly service going forward

I used Fresh Start for my first cleaning service and reached out to Crystal. After a consultation and visit by two staff to clean my kitchen and bathroom, there was zero follow up afterward - to ask if I was happy with the service, quality of the work or had any questions, concerns. It was obvious no effort was made in one room and I had to clean it myself afterward (Unless there was a reason it was left like that, but why?) I waited expecting her to follow up shortly after but it was complete radio silence until I received an invoice 1.5yrs later, followed by a collections notice. A follow up call at some point could have addressed concerns or discounted my invoice, but this is the service they offer. As a first time client, my experience was far from professional. Do not recommend.

Fresh Start Cleaning and Organizing is a great cleaning company. I have been using them for years now, after going through a rather lengthy process to find a home cleaner. The notable qualities that keep me with this company are: 1 staff and the owner are non judgemental and are sensitive to the fact that some of us cannot keep up with cleaning due to various real and valid factors. 2 the cleans are thorough and highly professional 3 staff are personable and professional. 4 the company is local and contributes to our community and local economy

I‘ve been using Fresh Start for a couple months now and I’m SO incredibly pleased with their work. Crystal reached out after the first couple cleanings to make sure everything went well, and when I mentioned something that was missed she sent someone the following day to take care of it. I also absolutely love how the Fresh Start team supports one another and our greater community in a variety of ways, including taking items that we are ready to donate and finding them a new home!

Crystal and her team are kind,, non judgemental and very hard workers. They are amazing. Got me out of years of clutter and just way too much stuff. I have used both their organizing services and cleaning services. Highly recommended!
