Our home inspection was extremely thorough and Marco took the time to answer all of our questions. He went through every detail of the inspection with us and explained everything clearly. He clearly communicated and prioritized home repairs. He also offered contact recommendations for different home repair issues. Very informative! Well worth it!I hired Marco of Frontline recently regarding a property here in Mississauga. As a property manager and builder myself, I am pretty well versed in building construction. None the less I was pleasantly impressed with Marco's depth of knowledge both current and historical, regarding different construction methods and their possible pitfalls. He has an eye for detail and left no stone unturned.He was very thorough and produced his report in short order. I've already recommend his services to others.You won't be disappointed.

Marco had done work for us several times and he is the most knowledgeable inspector I've come across, bar none. Extremely informative, thorough, with the most modern equipment available and a keen eye for detail, Marco is a true professional. My wife and I had embarked on an extensive renovation/addition to our home. Very quickly we determined that the local contractor/designer we had engaged was not servicing our needs and we had to right the ship ASAP. I have known Marco for several years. I was fortunate enough to meet him a number of years ago when my real estate career started to take off. I have never met a more knowledgable home inspector. When we arrived at our possible home-to-be, Marco was standing on the porch chit-chatting with our real estate agent and the seller of the home. We introduced ourselves and right away Marco made us feel comfortable and took the edge off of what can be a daunting experience. We have recently moved to the Niagara region and do not know many people, so we took a referral from a colleague at work and were surprised to find out that Marco is also new to the area! I have used Frontline’s services for the last few personal and rental properties purchases. I found Marco very professional and precise with his inspections. He has been very accommodating for scheduling appointments. With his very detail assessment of the property and experience in the industry, he has save me many of thousands of dollars. With one property I mention to Marco that the furnace was being financed by the current owners and I would take it over after the purchase. He quickly advised me that I should make sure there was no large buyout with at the end of the finance. Sure enough there was a very large buyout that neither my agent nor the listing agent knew about. I feel in this situation Marco went over and above his role as a home inspector and was looking out for my best interest. I am so grateful that I have Marco in my corner and would highly recommend him.
