If I could give a 0 I would!!!!! Stay as far away from them as possible. Do not purchase a home from them.One of THEIR contractors hit my vehicle while paving, and did absolutely nothing to help. I had to put it through my insurance which then made my vehicle have a claim on it which affected my trade in 7000$ and I did not know that until this year when I went to trade it in. They told me the statue of limitations is up so I can’t sue them and they will do nothing for me.They speak to you extremely unprofessionally as well. If you want a builder that builds your home and then doesn’t care after they get your money Baycliffe is your builder!!!

DELAY after DELAY after DELAY. We thought our first new home would be a better experience than this. We should have been in are new home in Oct 2021. House sat idle with no brick through Nov 2021/Feb 2022 exposed to the harsh winter conditions of Wasaga Beach. When we finally pressed them about the time line they just threw some dates at us not (July 2022) really knowing when they would finish and now they want to delay use even further. Would NOT recommend them.

Baycliffe is excellent builder. Joe, Lisa and Rosa are excellent, very responsive and accommodating people. Builder gave us home on time. I have booked the home in last year 2020. I am highly recommending them.

While Baycliffe likes to blame the pandemic for their delays, as someone in the industry, Baycliffe is the only builder I am aware of that has suffered such severe delays. As a matter of fact, most people that I know in the industry saw their operations boom at the onset of the pandemic. Lisa was great to deal with, but aside from her, the experience has been brutal. I can’t yet speak to the quality, as we are still waiting for occupancy, but would strongly suggest that purchasers look elsewhere.
