Imaginarium For Kids - Daycare Kindergarten Educational Center

SAFETY CONCERNS for my child was the main reason we left this daycare after attending it for 6 months. My child has been badly scratched for the first time in November 2022 while attending the infant group. This scratch left a scar on her face that did not go away.  Six months later, she was scratched again in March 2023 while attending a toddler’s group.Both incidents indicate a lack of care and professionalism from both teachers and the supervisor/director/owner of this daycare. We were afraid she would end up with her eyes scratched out on some point.I am sure that after this review, they will be adding fake 5-star reviews to cover up.

I enrolled both of my daughters when they were almost 2 years and 3 years old. They have both grown and this year my younger one just graduated preschool there. They have both learned so much in their time at Imaginarium. We are so grateful to have had them both there. The love, dedication, support, willingness and kindess that all the staff has shown has made all the difference. Thank to you Tanya and team for giving our children a wonderful first learning experience in life.

I have three kids and this the best daycare I have ever experienced. The entire facility is super clean and organized. The staffs here are nice and educational. They have arranged various events, such as bubble show, magic show, fire station field trip etc. My child has been having the best time ever since he was born during pandemic. Highly recommand!

One of the best, sent my son there. From when he was 11 to months old and he was there until he was 4 and it was one of the best decisions I made the place is very clean I'm very organized. They help prepare your child for their future in school. Teachers and staff very friendly Highly recommended!

My son started going to this daycare more than a year ago after much exploration and visiting other daycares in the Richmond Hill area and that was the best decision I made. At 18 months age, I was worried about safety, hygiene and care of my son. It was a difficult decision but Imaginarium made it easy for me, thanks to Tanya, Alex and the hard working team, the experience from the first day has been amazing! Other daycares were mediocore but Imaginarium shows true care to children and parents. Tanya (owner) is so passionate about children's development and education and that truly helped me make a decision to register my son at Imaginarium with full confidence. I have been talking to my other mom friends and from what I hear regarding what is happening in some other daycars, I am so glad that I chose Imaginarium for my child. They go out of their way and provide lots of fun, educational and interactive activities for children. He keeps talking about his teachers at home and how he loves playing and spending time with them. Even with transitioning to toddler level class, it was done gradually so it won't negatively affect him as he is very attached to his teachers. Very dedicated team and professional, clean facility. Thank you and kudos to every one at Imaginarium! Nahid is amazing with kids, Nooshin and Razi and all the other teachers are wonderful! Keep up the good work!

My son had a wonderful time at this daycare center for the past 7 months, and he likes it very much. The staffs are nice and he learned a lot here.

My daughter started attending this daycare since she was around 21 months and the moment I walked into this place (while on a tour), I knew it was the right place for my daughter. Tanya puts her heart into work and it shows everywhere. She is such an inspirational leader. All the teachers are all devoted, dedicated, and very caring as well. My daughter's personal growth while attending this daycare was astonishing and I am extremely happy that I found such a great educational centre for her!

We have been incredibly blessed to have both of our children attend Imaginarium. My children cannot wait to go to the daycare every morning to see their teachers and friends. I have full confidence that my children are being left in the best hands possible. When I pick them up, my oldest child is so excited to tell me about his day and all the fun things he did at the daycare. I cannot speak enough of the amazing teachers and the great program. Both of our kids have grown so much there socially, emotionally and intellectually. I watch the web cam daily and see how teachers always work tirelessly to make sure that the kids are safe and follow healthy habits. The teachers and Director Tanya are very responsive to parents’ concerns and incredibly collaborative in addressing any concerns or issues. Thank you so much for all the amazing work you guys have done with my kids.Our family highly appreciate it!

I have my son in this daycare for more than 2 years and I can’t say enough how I am satisfied with everything about this daycare including their program! First of all, Tania , the manager is a great person! She is highly knowledgeable about early education with amazing management skills! They are providing so many great educational material to develop kids creativity! My son at age of 3 learned to write all the alphabet and he also knows how to do plus! Learned all in daycare!Daycare is super clean, all the toys get sanitized at the end of the day! They have the chef and home made food for kids 2 times a day ! Teachers are so caring, friendly and supportive as well, my son loves his teachers, he used to have a shy personality and now thanks to the warm atmosphere at daycare and his kind teachers he became very social and loves the place! To Make it short , this is amazing well managed daycare that one can send her kid with peace of mind!

We had very pleasant experience with both of my kids attending summer camp at Imaginarium. Very caring stuff, amazing menu and great curriculum. I would recommend Imaginarium to anyone looking for childcare, you will not be disappointed.Both kids had a great time during those month attending.
