Technician was friendly and professional, explaining about the conditions and the procedure that has to be done for my aircon leaking issue. Great follow up as well, even to the point where the technician called personally to answer my queries in the late evening. Will definitely use their service again.

It went great! All of the products are great and the installs went well. But, to me, the true measure of a great company is not just the quality of the products, but the quality of the customer service. With the scope of work they did, I dealt with a lot of their staff; the audit surveyor, the salesman, the supervisor, the schedulers and installers. All of them were professional, considerate, informative, courteous and just overall a pleasure to work with. Wow what a great company. The owner installed a beautiful ductless unit in my house for the best price. Because this is an expensive job I received estimates from 4 companies and not only was him the most professional he also had the best price. Overall very happy!!

Unprofessional, not considerate of customer's time and bad customer service! For company's sake I won't post all the details. Don't waste your time, money or patience on this place. I went with Unionville Heating and AC, so happy with the service I received .
