The team was great. I say team because I was politely greeted at the door, explained my issue and was handed off to the guy who new the best answer. Everyone involved genuinely wanted the best outcome for me!I’ve gone here about 6 times now and they have been extremely helpful! Thanks to them, I got my trailer back to life and will be camping soon!

I reached out to Marty as my furnace in my rv died and I live in it full time. Marty was so fantastic! He asked me lots of questions so he understood my problem and explained things easily so I understood how to fix my furnace. It was really above and beyond anything I have experienced in the rv world! Thanks Marty!

I had a great experience with Fennel’s RV. They are so busy, but because I live in my van, they prioritized fixing and then replacing my heater. When a new heater was out of my budget, they were able to locate me an awesome used heater and now I’m toasty warm every night. They also built me a new vent cover that fits perfectly out of some aluminum scraps… once again saving me money with their creative thinking. The folks at fennels are knowledgeable, generous, compassionate, and hilarious. This business has a great vibe and I am so grateful for their help.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I called in and Paul gave me valuable information about where to find details for my hot water heater specs. After such great service; I couldn't help but come to them for my next problem, a water purifier adapter. They didn't have it in stock so they made me up a custom bypass hose while I was waiting. In less than 20 minutes and $20 dollars I was on my way. It was just before closing and I said I would come back tomorrow to pick it up if they wanted but they said NO, we'll do it right now. Sarah and Marty, you have a great team. Thank you.John
