Best place to do laundry in napanee

Love the small town feel. U never know who ur going to run into?

Extremely clean, very reasonable, different style washers...and of course there is a store attached for variety of items, a video corner as well...

Laundry side can be very busy at times but has always been clean when I have been there

We usually rent on the days when you rent two get one free. Good selection of movies. Prices aren't too bad with the deal. Not my first rental choice but we do rent.

My husband and I use their laundry mat once a week. Today my husband took our laundry (a lot more then we usually do, because we washed everything) to be dried like he does every Sunday. He put in enough time for 50 mins and used 7 machines. When he got back to get our laundry 2 of the machines had not dried our clothes at all. The clothes weren't even warm. When he went to talk to the owner about it the owner claimed he didn't know of the issue and refused to give him back our money so my husband could put the clothes in a dryers that worked. Heres the kicker even if he didn't know about the machine not working and even if he didn't believe my husband they have cameras! He could have checked them. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. It's pretty sad the owner is so money greedy he won't make a problem better for $5.

Laundry has lots of washers and dryers. Usually clean and not too busy. People are not real friendly. Still have new movies to rent.

The machine's are always clean

As far as convenience stores go this place has a lot of variety plus nothing is overpriced and everything seems to be kept clean but don't expect conversation from the current clerk. (Which to me is a good thing when I just want to grab whatever and go.)

Laundry mat is good but the store is just ok...the video department has tons of movies but with Netflix who uses a video store now?
