Yellow Bike Rental Company

I would not recommend this place. We rented a 4 person surrey with the expectation of taking a nice ride on a beautiful sunny day. We filled out the paperwork outside as instructed by the staff. Then we went inside to have some hand write our credit card information on a paper for a deposit. They then wrote a time down at the desk and sent us back outside. We waited our turn for approximately 10 minutes to get our surrey. They recommended that we ride to the monument at the end of the trail to check out the beautiful views of Erie. So we did. (And at a quick pace I might add). We stopped at the monument for about 5 minutes and rode back. (Again at a quick pace). When we got back, they instructed us to take the paper back inside. And we then had to wait another 5 minutes to check out. The guy at the counter charged us for an hour and a half because we were about 10 minutes over the hour that we had rented. So, when I called the guy out on the process, he cited that it was “the policy”. So, I have to pay for your company’s inefficient process? He looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Needless to say, we did not get a refund. Customer service was horrible. The surrey rode like a rusty buckboard. And the “beautiful”view at the monument(which was underwhelming) you can get to by car. Don’t do it…PS. This is not a review from someone lazy. My husband has done MS 150 and I ride bikes often.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure my kids and I were all on equipment that we were comfortable with. We road the whole penisula and it was one of the funnest things I've done in awhile.

Great beach view

Our family came here during our visit to Presque Isle looking to rent a surrey. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and spend time explaining everything to you very attentively. My only issue is in regards to pricing, which I think it’s reasonable, but if you’re planning on riding to Perry Monument you will spend over a hour doing it. Which means that you’ll be spending an additional hour anyway.

Right on the bike path between the bay and the lake, there is parking for cars. It was a cool ride with the kids. The four person pedal cart was cool to rent and try... once. Definitely liked riding our individual bikes we brought on our carrier more.

The staff was friendly even though they were busy with huge crowd on the weekend. We took a couples bicycle and had to wait for 15 minutes even though there were extra cycles available( that's why I dropped one star) I really enjoyed the ride with my husband and we had a great time. The trail is so peaceful and it's great place to relax yourselves.

Super affordable, friendly bike rental co right on the isle. Safe bike paths go all around Presque Isle where you can rent a tandem, surrey, beach bike, or regular bicycles.

Staff was friendly and helpful during our morning visit. Pricing was fair and up front. Our family enjoyed the scenic ride along the paved, flat course. We have visited once before and plan to again.

Had a really great experience here the staff was super friendly and the rental cost wasn’t bad at all. This was something fun since we had a sunny day. Definitely bring something to hold your things if you are riding a surrey because the basket on the front doesn’t do much if you hit bumps
