Today is my 3rd time to this store, before this time I've always enjoyed my time here. But unfortunely I met the worst customer service staff here when I had my dog washing at 4pm. She always gave an unpleasant face and showed an attitude, complaining about my dog's fur all in the air when I was using the dryer for my dog. I would like to ask is your dog hairless? As a pet store staff showing this attitude to customers, I will never come back to this store because of this lady.

Unreliable pet store with poor communication, stock and updates when place a regular monthly order for a critical digestive supplement for our puppy. After numerous phonecalls and visits just given up on this place.

Staff here is lovely and very professional, I think most of the negative reviews here are from unpleasant experiences with the female owner. I get all my supplies from this location, and one more poor interaction I will not be coming in here again.
