Bedford Medical Alert
Used their service for three months then cancelled . We were told to return the monitoring device within 2 weeks or be charged $300. Device was powered down and shipped before the term ended, but they still charged us for the next month. If we knew they were going to charge us we would have used it for another month. We paid over $70 for zero use.UPDATE: My 1-star rating was a result of a billing issue and Customer Service follow-up. The issue has been resolved and their Rep apologized for the miscommunication. Because of this, and the good service while we used it, I have upgraded my rating to 4-star.

Bedford Medical Device was incredible! Stacie was so easy to talk to, she has a way to give all information and set up the device with ease.To know my Aunt was SAFE AT ALL TIMES! She lives in Toronto, myself in Calgary. My Aunt had no one else except a part time care worker.This device kept me knowing where she went ( with the 2 way talking) and gps. All I had to do was text track" and instantly I'd know where she was.She also used it many times when in distress.( she'd press the button) and immediately there was someone there to help her.Its an incredible device! No Flaws! Get it for your loved one! It helps them in time of need 24/7

The experience I got from seeing my grandparents reaction to this product blew me away, knowing they are in good hands even when not together is so reassuring. With all the help from Stacie Clayton it couldn’t have been easier. From her polite mannerisms to going the extra mile to making my grandparents feel comfortable in their own home, really was the experience they needed. She answered everything they asked and even brought them coffee and timbits. Amazing service and trustworthy

I've known Stacie for several years. She is caring and personable; easy to talk to and always has a smile. Stacie takes her job to heart and is passionate about helping her clients. She is especially thoughtful and respectful with elderly people and really attends to their needs.

Great experience. When I called I was immediately assisted by a kind, patient and knowledgable individual who helped me choose the perfect device for my grandfather. With everything happening with COVID it's been incredibly stressful knowing loved ones are ok - I can't check in the way I could before. I was looking for a local company and came across Bedford Medical Alert. They helped me pick whats best suited for our needs and made sure we understood what we were getting and were happy with it. I'd definitely recommend using their devices if you're looking for a tool like this.

This company offers outstanding service. Were it not for the quick intervention of Bedford Medical Alert, my Mother would not be with us today. I particularly appreciated the follow up phone calls. All the consultants are very nice to work with, but in my case Dylan was a pleasure and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
