We just had the best experience dealing with Nick at the Landsdown Place Peterborough location! Nick was awesome explaining devices and plans. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the way Nick got us up and running after our old cell died while on vacation in the Kawarthas from BC! We so appreciate all his help and highly recommend dealing with Virgin mobile!!

Staff was very helpful! I had lost my phone which my business centers around. The great service started the young fellow who answered the phone after the store had closed to book me an appointment (due to covid lockdown) for first thing the next morning. To the young lady, Angela who was there to look after getting me a new phone and setting it up etc. Angela was a delight to deal with, very personable and a big thanks to the fellow who name I didn't get who got me in fast. 5 big stars to both!

Angela and Salwa were wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating about no contact and answered all my questions over the phone ahead of purchasing. They completely changed over everything from my old phone and installed on the new one with little contact. Afterword I had an issue with privacy settings which they fixed over the phone. Very happy with my new phone and plan.

Went to the Virgin Kiosk in Peterborough Lansdowne place today, looking to get the deal on the Samsung Galaxy S21. Justin was a great help! He was really knowledgeable on everything, answered all my questions, and set me up with what I went in for! I even got a nice otterbox case. I don't know who needs to read this, but give that man a raise!

I have been with virgin mobile for many many years and I’m supposed to be considered a loyalty customer but when I upgraded my phone and chose my loyalty plan, my loyalty plan was $57. The phone I upgraded to had to be returned and I had to wait 2 more weeks for a new phone. When I went onto the website to order the new upgrade it asked me to choose a plan. I noticed that the same $57 loyalty plan was now being offered to the general public for $50. I checked off the box because the site would not allow me to complete my online order without using a plan but I was later told that I am not entitled to the exact same plan for $7 less because it was a black Friday special. I would have to pay $57 per month because that is what I chose two weeks priorwhen I first upgraded and that was the price I agreed to. My issue is when you are considered a loyalty customer you should be getting the best deal .If you wanted to have a special deal for the general public for Black Friday for the same plan then you could’ve offered it at let’s say for $60+ but the fact that I’m paying $7 more than the general public does not sit well with me. Considering the fact that you are allowed to change your plan monthly if need be what is the problem then to allow me to have the plan for the $50? This is the reason why people that have been loyal to companies get resentful and leave and go elsewhere. I have been pretty satisfied up until now, but this does not sit well with me. If virgin mobile is not going to do anything about this, then take the loyalty word out. Thank you

Justin at the Virgin Mobile kiosk in Landsdowne Place was unbelievably helpful! He embodies customer service! Answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and did it all quickly with a smile. Highly recommended!
