Our go to cheese shop in Marda Loop. First rate selection of cheeses and meats. Good selection of Stilton for those who partake. And surprisingly a nice offering of jams and jellies. Check them out. Support local YYC business.

This place is awesome. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and not pretentious. Their choices for cheese is obviously amazing but they also have good crackers and some meats too. Really your go to if you’re a cheese lover or hosting a get together and want to impress.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this establishment as well as the shop on 14th in the NW. The staff are so friendly and personable, very knowledgeable, and they always make you want to come back. If you haven’t gone to their beer and cheese tasting events I would absolutely recommend it, can’t go wrong with top notch local beers paired with some of the most amazing cheese you’ve ever tasted. Love this place!!

Springbank Cheese Co - Marda Loop
I love this little shop; they have some excellent products and I especially like their local charcuterie selections. Prices are a bit high on commonly found items but you can find things here you won't get at a supermarket, and prices are fair because of that.My only downside is lack of flexibility. They won't cut smaller portions for you upon request, at least during my most recent visit. Sometimes I don't want $15 of a cheese I've never tried, and I think they would do well to put together some pre-made flights for people to try new things.I'll keep coming here for my favorites, but for trying new products I'll probably try and find somewhere that's willing to cut smaller portions.

Cute little cheese shop featuring local products (cheese, meats, etc.). They also do a killer grilled cheese sandwich on Sidewalk Citizen sourdough, and it's a must if you stop by! Lovely service and a great overall feeling!

I love this shop and it is absolutely amazing! Not only they carry a great variety of cheese, but also the jams I've purchased from them were the best!! Each cheese is particularly delicious and they always provide you with an warm welcome and their expertise will draw your attention for sure!
