Completed a repair on my roof previously done by another company, very quick to get it done and very professional

I wouldn't let C&R Roofing roof my dog house after removing two skylights(skylights are not Made for up hear in the north were heat loss from the glass melting and freezing below making a ice dam and backing up in house.(NOT C&R Roofings Fault)and seeing first hand for myself the unprofessional job C&R Roofing did probably by cheap labour (Kids) Not a professional company-installer -workmanship. C&R Roofing workers (kids)had to leave early to go to a party(MORE IMPORTANT) instead of finishing the job which created a large leak in my entrance and garage .(large storm that night) l roofed my own house when I built following the instructions for three tab shingles of -5 5/8 cut and architectural shingles are -6" cut for a step pattern which C&R Roofing was all over the place when I took it apart . I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy !!! Reply to C&R Roofing: He claims C&R Roofing didn't do this job because he says he doesn't even remember his Customer. I remembered like it was yesterday the leaks in entrance and garage when he came over to see the damages he told us "don't get excited " which turned me off. Very unprofessional how he handled the problem. I didn't let them repair any of the damage but did it myself"

Not the C and R Roofing of the past!!!If you want to get the runaround and get screwed over for project quality issues, use C and R.Hired this company to install a new roof (product supply and install). Was competed in the fall of 2020. Noticed that the shingles started falling apart summer of 2021. Contacted the office on numerous occasions about the product quality deficiencies. No one inspected the quality issues, rather the office played phone and email tag for 3-4 months. Was not addressed in 2021. Tried to get them out to the location again this summer (2022). No site visit scheduled to inspect, rather I was advised that I must contact the product (shingle) manufacturer directly and commence a warranty review. C and R sold and installed a poor quality product and service,, now they are washing their hands of the matter.Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND for any roofing job, as they don’t stand behind the products and services they sell. Two thumbs down! Way down!!

Our experience with C & R Roofing was excellent. Last spring our roof was leaking and C & R roofing got us in right away. Their team was cheerful, courteous and hard working. They finished the job within one day, cleaned up every scrap and just did an all round great job. The office staff was also cheerful and courteous. The roof looks beautiful and one year later, we have no complaints I would definitely recommend them.

I used their service to install shingles at my place in Sudbury. Installation was Ok however during installation due to too much vibrations my bathroom light was broken. I immediately called person working , he said his boss would come and see who never came. Then at the time of making payment, I spoke to kind lady who asked me to provide photos , videos if any . I provided those immediately via email.. However I received no response. Only upon my reminder email, 3 months later , someone from their team contacted asked me to resend details. After providing all photos and videos , after almost 2 weeks , he emailed and said as a curtsey we would give compensation $30.. I don't need $30 .. I'm not sure who is going to install those light.. Electrician cost $200/hr.. + once light glass is broken other paired glass is useless. I need to buy complete another pair of lights and get it installed from licensed electrician. I'm awaiting reply from them.

Just wanted to give a shout out to C&R Roofing. Darren Chamberland and his experienced crew did a very professional job. I will definitely recommend CR Roofing to friends. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

Disclaimer: I did not have any work done by C & R Roofing.I called C & R Roofing to get a final quote for my roof. They were prompt, and got the quote done quickly enough.What I did not like about C & R is that they force you to come into their office for their quote. I am not sure why they couldnt just provide me an email, or even meet me at my house to do it - like every other contractor?Their office is small and very noisy. Not very comfortable when trying to listen to the person talk. However, C & R was my last quote, and their price was in between all my other quotes. Had they simply emailed me the price, I would have saved an hour and a half of my time because I was not going to use this company with the price they wanted.My parents did use C & R for their house a few years back. The roof was installed incorrectly, which left a leak into their house - but they did come back and fix it the following week and its been problem free ever since. Take from that what you will about their craftsmanship.

My experience with this company was all positive. The staff was courteous, hard working and prompt. They repaired my roof and re-shingled the house and garage in a day and a half. They cleaned up their mess and the property looks just like it did before they arrived -- only better! The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service!!! The roofers arrived exactly when they said they would and tarps were laid down around the house to reduce littering. The roofers worked efficiently and cleanly tearing up the old shingles and repairing damaged areas then relaying the new shingles. Clean up afterward was fantastic!!! To make the roof last longer they even trimmed back the trees so now we don’t need to do that!! The gutters were blown clean afterward as well!! You would not know they had been there other than having a beautiful new roof!!! Thank you so much for your great work and service ethics!! I will recommend C&R Roofing to everyone !!
