Awesome doc! The receptionist is awful. Not sure how she holds the job. Shes been very rude and unprofessional enough times that something will be said to the doc. Its not okay.

I’d give him a 4.5. (Nobody gets a 5). This is my second attack but he was very open to a non-surgical response which was fine with me!! Also kudos to the nursing staff from RN’s, UCA’s, students and all the support staff at Nanaimo General. They work hard and well and deserve a raise. You can tell them I said so !

I also want to rave the nurses at Nanaimo General. Dr. Cheah is a great Doctor with an exemplary bedside manner, very nolegable and caring. In the middle of the procedure I felt some discomfort and one of the nurses bedside was comforting me by rubbing my arm and back, made me feel more relaxed. God bless the staff, the compassion they showed me will not be forgotten.
