Had Gurp and his crew do all my low voltage, vacuum and security instalments on my new home. Crew was always on time and it was nice to see Gurp was there everyday to ensure quality of install. Thank you Metroguard and special thanks to Gurp for helping me complete our dream home ! Since the install I have recommenced Metroguard to numerous family members and they all have nothing but good things to say !

AVOID these guys at all costs...their installers are clumsy, their tech support is non existent, their installs are messy and they don't clean up after their install. Visualize someone drilling into your walls and leaving the wall dust on the floor, etc. among other things. yah they might be cheap but you get what you pay for. They don't even have a website in this day and age. Try calling their main line and see if you can talk to anyone. Terrible company.

Suggest to go to a branded service provider. This guys keep charging for every service call. Their instruments are not that latest technology.You can get better service and instrument for same price/lower price from Telus (Recently started). I moved from Metro Guard to Telus and very happy.

Ive had Metroguard setup the alarms and camera surveillance systems at my place of business as well as at my own home. The install was perfect and very seamless to control everything on my phone with the apps for camera as well as for the alarms. Highly recommend

MEtroguard keeps on charging my credit card every month for over a year now, even when I have switched my home security company. At the time of signup the guy stood outside my house for hours waiting for us to arrive home to sign up. But now its impossible to reachout to them to cancel this. I have sent emails, voicemails but no response from them. COMPLETE SCAM>
