Longo's Richmond Hill
This Longo's has never disappointed, it's one of the best grocery stores I've ever shopped at and has stayed as my go-to for years. No other grocery store in the area even comes close to holding a candle to the freshness of the produce and baked foods. I love picking up the croissants and cakes from here.

Longo’s is my favourite grocery store and this location is also great. I love how organized and neat the store is. Quality is the best compared to its competitors like Lablaws and Sobeys. Staff here are supper friendly. To be honest, I’m always looking for reasons to go back to Longo’s.

Don't order custom cake from here. I ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday and as you could see they screwed up the green field. I asked why it's two different shades of greens and one area has stripes, and was told I can make more stripes if you want... you pay allot for custom cake atleast get the base right.

The shopping cart section is always full and the front of the store is clean. The produce section is pretty good and we'll stocked. I like their selection of fresh herbs. The meat section is also very good and reasonably priced. There's always staff members walking around to help you with finding something. Cash registers are usually not lined up and you get through pretty quickly

Wow this place has gone down hill. Shopped here for 8 years. Cashiers used to say hi smile. The atmosphere always felt welcoming. Food looked great. Now nothing. Dead look in the cashier eyes. I said Hi and I got no Hi back. The Self check outs… why?!? You are not no frills or walmart. Cater to your client base! This is so stupid I am actually insulted. Perhaps if you want to take away the service then decrease the price of your food.Pathetic. Change your sign. This is not a longos. This is a food basics. This was my last trip there. Bye I’ll cherish the memories.

Shop here once in awhile.They have a great fruit and vegetables. They are priced a little higher than others but the quality is always good. I would recommend them. The cashiers are always friendly.

The store satisfy at every level. Clean, well organized, great selection. Love it. Countless options for take out salads. Bakery look like high end cafe. Produce section is full of fresh fruits and veggies. Highly recomend this store.

Always clean. Always well stocked. Best fresh made pizza. Only thing is I find it pricier than other grocery stores. But then again you can't find alot of what they have qualify wise elsewhere either.

Added self checkout has reduced the number of cashier's and lengthened my weekly shopping checkout time. Today I had a cashier who clearly did not care about how she packed my groceries. She packed them like they where old sox...just stuffed them into bags with no regard to damaging them as she packed. Very sad to see. Considering how expensive groceries have become, it's awful to see cashier's pack your groceries like used sox.
