If you want to shop for groceries in a retro 80's store, this is your place. Clean, pleasant, well stocked with helpful staff. I like this grocery store.

They had the muffins I really enjoyed.This is the first time I have been to this store, and the ladies on cash went beyond the scope of their service.Extremely helpful, great attitude, and both had genuine smiles.They both deserve employe of the month.I walked out with a smile on my face.Well done, ladies!

Just moved to the area. I tried a few stores, this will be my main go to store. They have delivery and the best staff. The first place I've been at in awhile that has the feeling that customers do matter.

Always make sure you double check the expiry dates on the food, because the staff sure does not. I've brought it up to them at least 3 times and was always shrugged off, don't waste your money on their overpriced rotten food. Go somewhere else. Wanted to buy some breakfast sausage and it had no expiry date on it, so I asked the butcher, he said it doesn't need one? Its meat genius, of course it does.

The cashier was very rude and because i thought something was on sale ( as the cashier the night before told me it would be on sale ). She said what you don't know how to read and that maybe i should learn how to read and very loud about it. I told her the cashier last night told me it was on sale today again she said learn to read. I said i do know how to read. Her response was then read the sign. The cashier that told me that it would be on sale the next day was very nice she just made a mistake thats all this cashier had to say and everything would have been fine.

I called 5 xs to asking they serve their chinese food there and kept getting hung up on! Hit and miss with QF not great Customer service there at all!!!

For me it's time week to week with country grocer on prices, staff, sales and smiles on the faces of staff and all the happy shoppers!!!

Had quit a bit of empty spaces on the shelves, staff seemed like none of them wanted to be there. The young man who helped us at the till audibly signed when he had seen how much we had in our cart.Then at the till beside us. A women was getting a package of water and she said the sign said it was 2 dollars. And the young man at her till said it was 8. After a bit of this back in forth... he said well I have a line up... but I mean I can go check for you if you want." Which should of been the first responce to her.After we were leaving with our groceries a female staff member walked out behind the tills directly into where we were walking and made me have to move myself out of the way. She also let out an audible *tsk* sound at me. Like it was my fault she walked in front of me. *there was also a slight eye brow raise in the gesture of "really?"Only reason why rating isn't 1 star is because some thier deals (if you have a save on card) were actually very decent! I believed from our normal shopping with roughly the same food we saved about 30~40 dollars. (Mind you these deals on these particular foods don't always happen. I just happened to look at a flyer and wanted to go there.)But without the card and normal pricing. It's slightly above average."
