Jeremy is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. I first spoke with him when I inquired about a house for sale and was immediately captivated by his genuine personality. Jeremy is professional, outgoing, and always willing to go the extra mile. He sent weekly reports, monthly market updates, and new listings that met our criteria. Although the search paused throughout the pandemic, Jeremy had no hesitation when we were ready to begin looking again. Fast forward 2 years and a couple of dozen showings, we finally found our dream home. As a first-time home buyer, Jeremy was patient, flexible, and helpful throughout the process. Me and my wife were first time buyers. Luckily we were shown a few homes in Kingston by Jeremy. After just the 2nd visit we were comfortable enough with Jeremy that we asked him to be our realtor. He spent countless hours helping us understand all documentation. He recommended an amazing Mortgage Broker and also a good law firm. I have to admit that we connected with Jeremy quite accidentally HOWEVER, it turned out that not all accidents are a bad thing! We were looking at a cottage property but the listing expired the day after we found it online & it was not geographically Jeremy's typical area. He worked diligently with us but when he realized the inquiries were leading to a viewing, he felt it to be in our best interest to work with an agent in that area. We did end up making a 7 hour drive to view the property with the other agents and an offer went in. Suffice it to say everything went downhill quickly and it ended up being a very disappointing experience; all except for Jeremy that is. He stayed in contact with us and when he realized how poorly things went, he jumped right in with both feet, never hesitating, to see if he could rescue the situation. He did all this without any reason to believe there would anything for him to gain; he did it just because he believed it was the right thing to do. His professionalism, quick response time and genuine care over a situation that he really had no obligation to delve further into will never be forgotten. We do plan on reviving a search in the spring and regardless of how far it is from his typical area, there is no one we would want to represent us in a purchase, other than him.
