Service and Staff - I came here to get my 4th Covid shot. Everyone was helpful and professional. They work hard and long hours and I hope that everyone can recognize that. They inform me every step of the way and were serving multiple people. They also offered me to do the flu shot at the same time but i declined.Location - Near vaughan mills and yrt buses. It was easy to find and plently of parking. Clean and they had multiple seating.Overall, I had a great experience with the public health part.

Sharika is a HORRIBLE WORKER WHO SHOULDNT HAVE A JOB. I felt discriminated from her, I'm not sure if because I wore a head scarf, told her I had substance abuse issue or just because I was poor. She never offered me extra funds I desperately needed.. I found out through a FRIEND about extra funding for last months rent and moving costs.. she never brought it up to. She accused me of lying and said it would be bad for me if I was caught.. AND THEN SHE CUTS ME OFF MONTH OF DECEMEBER, SO CHRISTMAS AFTER I TOLD HER I JUST LEFT AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP. I moved to British Colombia in Dec and spoke to a worker here.. who wont release funds because SHARIKA lied to them about paying me for Dec earlier today.. Now I'm on the brink of homelessness and can't afford groceries. Shes horrible. Shes mean. Shes driscimitory. She should not have a job in social work in any capacity. I an disgusted.

this place in not professional, they dont return phones, have wrong fax number, we pay taxes and this the service we get. shame on them

COVID-19 bivalent and paediatric bivalent booster, flu shot are all Walk-in available here. Here has professional service, nice employees. They will explain what vaccines you are going to take, double check the vaccine dose and expiration date before injecting.
