I had Cody to my home for a cleaning service on my fireplace, and he did an amazing job! The fireplace looks brand new and he was very nice and professional. I highly recommend using ASAP! Great local & family run business!

Whoever drives this company vehicle is a complete a**hole. That's a lot of nerve to drive so aggressively in a COMPANY VEHICLE. My lane was closing and I signaled for a good 5 seconds to try to switch lanes and he sped up to not let me in, then honked at me when I ran out of road. I would never trust someone so aggressive to come into my house for these services.

Great family run business. Repairing my fireplace at a rental property was not easy but Cody figured it out including follow up calls until the issue was resolved. Good price for the full package of work they do here. Randy, Laura and Cody all have great customer service and do their best, I dont feel like a number here, but a valued client. Highly recommend!

We called ASAP Fireplace Repair to come and service our gas fireplace which would not turn on. Their response time was fast and the technician they sent (Cody) was very courteous and knowledgeable. The fireplace worked beautifully after the repair and thorough cleaning, but the next day it would not turn on. After calling in the problem, we received same day call-back service and the owner Randy came with Cody to support the follow up service which proved to be a minor one. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy fireplace service. We will not hesitate to have them return for an annual check up. Great people - easy to deal with, fast response time. Kudos!

While standing on my deck looking up, I noticed a hole in the raincap at the top of our chimney. I called ASAP abs Randy and his son came out the next day, repaired it, inspected and cleaned the wood burning fireplace and chimney and checked our gas fireplace as well. Randy and team are professional, offer excellent service at a great price. Highly recommend ASAP!

They were early for the appointment, they brought the right parts, they used a floor covering. Very friendly and quick. Our fireplace is working great and we will give their information to anyone that asks. We will defiantly use them again if we encounter other problems.
