Hotel la Camarine

No elevator, no light in shower area, fan in washroom made noise but did not work, sink in washroom was with minimal counter space, no shampoo, parking was so tight because of snowbanks, walking path to the front reception door was not cleared of snow, one pillow on bed was over stuffed and so hard, the other was understuffed and tiny, still had old carpet, cheap TV's, very low lighting in the room, not enough garbage cans, hung tag on door for room to be cleaned and it wasn't, faucet leaked, water pressure in shower was very low.But location was close enough to ski hills and grocery/ restaurants, mini fridge and had a view of the St. Laurence River.

We had to make an emergency check in at this hotel after 12AM because the accommodation we had originally booked at another place had no reception to let us in. Staff was very helpful.We've been to many high end hotel chain and never used airbnb. In comparison to the 4/5 stars hotels we've booked in the past the sheets are fresh, carpeting is spotless, bathroom is clean, the bed is firm and the pillows are nice and thick. 10/10!Great value for the price!

This was one of the best places ever! From the first minute to the last. The staff is so friendly and welcoming that you almost feel like staying at a friend or relative's place. Very kind and attentive, they go the extra mile to make sure you're having the best experience. Things we wouldn't even dream to ask for, they were quick to offer themselves, with a big smile on their faces. No exception: the receptionists, the cleaning staff, the owner of the hotel, they were awesome! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and it's in a very nice location. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Very clean and well kept hotel in a great location if you're looking to ski or mountain bike. The staff was welcoming and helpful with questions we had regarding the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay !

Nice location with great views of the river. Rooms are a good size, although a little dated they are clean. Our shower faucet was broken and so the shower was extremely invigorating". Parking is on gravel which is okay for cars but not as ideal for motorcycles. The restaurant is fantastic and we had a great breakfast. Overall

Very accommodating last minute booking. They helped me get my brothers family and dog in for one night when their original accommodations fell through. Ani was amazing and they had a great sleep before carrying on to NB.Merci beaucoup Ani!
