Excellent customer service! Owner went above and beyond to solve an issue I had with a bike rack on my car. Definitely would return to this shop for any sales or service I might have in the future.

I had a great and honest experience at Smitty's Bike Shop this past weekend. I had an issue with my bike early in my 150k ride. He was attentive to my needs and really supportive of getting me back on the road in a timely manner. The bike ran perfectly after the fix up, which he accommodated my last minute request on a busy day. I cannot recommend the sincerity and service of Smitty's enough! I look forward to my return to the Blue Mountains to support this well run establishment.

Great service. E-bikes were delivered right to our Airbnb with a good walk through for a safe and fun day on the bikes. Loved the multi-use trails in Glendale area.

Day before a gravel race and I noticed a problem with my rear derailleur. I arrived at the shop at opening time and they got right to work. Sorted out the problem with attention to detail and quickly. High quality and super friendly service! I would give more than 5 stars if google let me.

i cycled around georgian bay - on day one i broke a spoke and bent the back rim of the bike - luckily i was able to make it to thornbury - i googled bike shop near me and found Smitty's - not so lucky I arrived at the shop 15 minutes before closing.I asked Darren if he could fix the spoke of spoke and true the wheel - he said that he was closing but it would be ready the next day.After explaining my situation - i needed to pedal on that day - he asked me to bring the wheel in - replaced the spoke - trued the wheel - and I feel he under charged me - as i told him - i would of paid anything. He also helped me with a chain problem.Very nice man! When I am making my next bike purchase it will be in Thornbury at Smitty'sThanks so much for your help!And yes I did make it around the bay

Me and my partner were biking from Collingwood to Thornbury and we had a small accident where one of the wheels got warped. Luckily, we were almost at Thornbury and we found Smitty's Bike Shop through Google. The gentleman who was working there immediately attended our bike. He didn't have any stock for the same type of wheel but he fixed the bike with a different wheel he had which would get us home .. He gave us a great and quick service and what's surprising was that he did it for no fee. He is a very humble and generous man and I strongly recommend his service.

This fellow fixed my friends bike for free and was very knowledgeable. She had just had it serviced elsewhere and they clearly did a terrible job when nuts and bolts fell off. Thank you Smittys, true hero stepping in to help a damsel in distress.
