Had the pleasure of using Priority Lock Service and meeting Don last night when I was locked out of my place in the freezing cold. Not only was the response time immediate, but he made us feel like a priority and turned what could have been a horrific situation into an exceptionally positive experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would strongly recommend to anyone in a similar situation. Absolutely fantastic service!

Don gave speedy service when my house sitter/ cat sitter was locked out. His response rate, availability and flexibility to work with your schedule is much better than any other locksmith I’ve dealt with in the past. He was really great for our little emergency and took priority in getting to my apartment as soon as possible under the stressful circumstances. We highly recommend him.

I called Don on a Friday evening and he answered right away and was extremely helpful. He came and fixed my lock in my condo with prompt service. My lock came out better then expected. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a very reasonable fee. This is by far the best experience I've encounted and received on a busy cold weekend for something I needed fixed. Priority Lock Service will be my go to. I highly recommend!!

PRIORITY LOCK SERVICE
I was locked out of my office late last night and needed a locksmith. I called Priority and no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. I waited for a while but ultimately had to call someone else, and even the next morning I still have yet to hear from Priority. For a place that advertises 24 hour emergency services, at least a call back to let me know you couldn’t help would have been nice.
